Acquisition of Linus Consulting

Terra Firma announces its recent acquisition of Linus International Pty Ltd, trading as Linus Consulting, a globally recognised leader in the field of Business Continuity Management.

Saul Midler, Managing Director of Linus Consulting has joined Terra Firma as our Business Continuity Management and Organisational Resilience Executive, reinforcing the synergies with Terra Firma’s already established capabilities in Cyber Security, Strategy, Business Transformation, Cloud, Customer Experience, Big Data and Business Intelligence.

Business Continuity Management incorporates associated disciplines such as Crisis Management, Emergency and Incident Management, IT Service Continuity, IT Disaster Recovery and Information Security Management, responsible for protecting an organisation from failure when any disaster strikes. These then feed into its broader strategic goal around Organisational Resilience –  the ability to absorb and adapt in a changing environment, enabling an organisation to deliver its objectives and to survive and prosper.

As a member of both the Standards Australia Technical Committee and the International Standards Organisations for Security and Resilience which includes BCM, Saul Midler has directly contributed to the content of many international Standards and is the ISO global Project Manager for the review of ISO 22301 Societal security – BCMS – Requirements.
