What attracted you to Terra Firma?

Terra Firma’s outstanding reputation within the market place, and diverse footprint secured over the last 25 years was extremely alluring. I knew that a move to Terra Firma would mean the development of my skillset and career progression.

What do you love about your job?

Being a Consultant with Terra Firma has opened up new doorways for my career. My favourite opportunities are those in which I get to work in dynamic environments where adaptability and collaboration are key to success. I enjoy networking with like-minded professionals and am passionate about being a part of movements such as International Women’s Day and Launch Housing.

Which project has been a highlight for you?

I have been fortunate enough to work across a number of industries including Banking, Government, Utilities and Not-For-Profit. The highlight of my career has been working as an IT Project Manager with the Salvation Army Australia, reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO). The role exposed me to people from all walks of life, and the feel-good factor of contributing to the enrichment of the lives of real people was vastly rewarding.
