Nissan / BRW Corporate Triathlon Series
Terra Firma is a proud major sponsor of the Nissan/BRW Corporate Triathlon National series coming up to 3 years now. This annual event is the largest triathlon of its kind in the world, with more than 15,000 competitors across Australia participating.  The 400m swim, 10km bike and 4km run provide the opportunity for corporate teams to compete against each other and for participants to achieve their individual goals.  The series runs in March and April, with events in Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, Sydney and the Gold Coast.   Each year the event increases in popularity, with entries for the major events reaching field limits very quickly; often in minutes.
The Nissan/BRW Corporate Triathlon is a long-time favourite on the Terra Firma calendar. Each team has three members and each year we are pleased to have around 40 teams involved across the series.  Terra Firma encourages team members of all abilities to take part, from those actively competing to participants simply aiming to complete the event.  We run several group training sessions over the summer for swimming, cycling and running; preparing for each event, raising fitness levels and building our teams.
Terra Firma is pleased to be a part of such an exciting and challenging corporate event.

 Staff End of Year Strategy Celebrations
To finish off the year, Terra Firma hosts an ‘End of Year’ weekend Celebration for all our staff. In the past we have had these events at Peppers Resort in both Fingal (Moonah Links) and in Torquay, venues in the Yarra Valley, Red Hill and Lorne to name a few. We start off these events with a company Strategy presentation followed by our Competency workshops, before we settle into a relaxing casual lunch. The afternoon is followed with various activities including Survival style games, golf, tennis, volleyball, etc before the party really kicks off.

Client End of Year Christmas Drinks
To celebrate the festive season Terra Firma hosts a Cocktail Party celebration for our clients at Comme Bar, Melbourne. Over 200 clients and staff attend this annual event and everyone has a fantastic time. It is a great opportunity for the clients and staff to let their hair down and socialise together in a more comfortable and relaxed environment.

Oaks Day
Terra Firma entertain over 60 of our clients in a corporate Marquee at Oaks Day every year at Flemington Racecourse. This day is always a huge success and a great social event for the Management Team and Clients.

Mid Year Staff Cocktail Parties
Terra Firma’s hosts an annual mid year Black Tie Cocktail Party for our staff and their partners. In the past we have held our Melbourne events at The Point, Carousel, Sumac, and most recently The Chapter House (2010). 
Our Sydney events have been held at Doltone House, Quay and Establishment (2010).
Staff and their partners at both events enjoy live entertainment and a selection of gourmet food, cocktails and beverages throughout the evening. These events are a vital part of the Terra Firma culture and allow both the staff and partners to socialise and celebrate the end of the financial year.

Terra Firma Corporate Sailing
Over the summer months we entertain our valued clients on the yacht, Terra Firma. We sail on Port Phillip Bay in Melbourne, Sydney Harbour and Morton Bay in Brisbane. On Wednesday afternoons and Thursday evenings our clients will experience the need for teamwork and co-operation whilst having a lot of fun. Sailing out of the Sandringham Yacht Club, the newly formed corporate crews will get a small taste of racing on Terra Firma, a highly competitive yacht.
