What is your role at Terra Firma?

As a Senior Consultant, I engage with clients to clarify their needs and wants and deliver solutions that meet their expectations. I am also the Team Leader of a number of consultants which sees me managing and coaching their development which is a fabulous privilege and opportunity.

Over my career I have had the opportunity to work on some great projects and initiatives but I hadn’t spent a lot of time directly managing people. When the opportunity came up at Terra Firma I jumped at it.

What do you like about working for Terra Firma?

Throughout my career I have always had a diverse range of roles. I enjoy change and new challenges. Terra Firma has provided me with opportunities to work with some of Australia’s biggest enterprises across a range of industries such as REST Industry Superannuation and NSW HealthShare, as well as national niche clients including Guide Dogs and Hills Industries that I hadn’t experienced before. My roles have involved cutting edge industry trends involving Service Management, Security and Risk Management.

What are you looking forward to in your career at Terra Firma?

Terra Firma provides multiple streams for personal development and growth. I have opportunities to focus on consultancy stream proficiency obtaining new skills or working as an Engagement Lead or Industry Manager, or I could focus on business development expanding consultancy and industry capabilities or managing client accounts. My possibilities are many.
